Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

 

· Filtration and Separation: Stainless steel wire mesh is widely used in filtration and separation processes in the chemical industry due to its high strength, corrosion resistance and good filtration performance. For example, in the production of chemical solutions, it can be used in filters to remove solid impurities in liquids to ensure the purity of chemical products. In the petroleum refining industry, it can be used to separate different components in oil mixtures.

· Reaction Vessel Components: It can be used as components of reaction vessels. The mesh structure can provide a large specific surface area, which is conducive to the full contact and reaction of chemical substances. · Conveying Materials: Polyester mesh belts have good flexibility and wear resistance and are suitable for conveying various chemical raw materials and products in the chemical industry. For example, in the production of fertilizers, the polyester mesh belt can be used to transport granular fertilizers from one process to another. In the production of plastics, it can transport plastic particles or semi-finished products.

· Drying and Curing Processes: In some chemical production processes that require drying and curing, polyester mesh belts play an important role. The mesh structure of the polyester mesh belt allows hot air or other drying media to pass through evenly, enabling uniform drying and curing of the materials. For example, in the production of coatings and adhesives, the polyester mesh belt can be used to transport the coated or glued products through the drying tunnel for drying and curing.
