Polyester Mesh Belt

 

· Drying Process:

· In the drying process of wood and particle boards, polyester mesh belts are often used in drying equipment. They have good air permeability, allowing hot air to pass through evenly, which helps to dry the materials more uniformly. For example, in a continuous drying furnace, the polyester mesh belt can carry the wet wood or particle board materials and move them forward slowly. The hot air circulates around the mesh belt, removing moisture from the materials effectively.

· The heat resistance of polyester mesh belts is suitable for withstanding the temperature conditions in the drying process, usually up to a certain temperature range without significant deformation or damage, ensuring the stability of the drying process.

· Conveying in Coating and Finishing:

· When wood and particle boards are being coated or finished, polyester mesh belts are used for conveying. They provide a smooth and stable conveying surface, ensuring that the coated materials are evenly distributed on the surface of the wood or particle boards. For instance, in a paint spraying production line, the polyester mesh belt conveys the workpieces through the spraying area, and the even movement of the mesh belt helps to achieve a uniform paint coating thickness.

· The surface of the polyester mesh belt is relatively smooth, which can prevent scratches on the surface of the wood or particle boards during the conveying process, protecting the quality of the coating and finishing.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

 

· Screening and Grading of Wood Chips and Particles:

· In the production of particle boards, stainless steel wire meshes are widely used for screening wood chips and particles. They can separate wood chips of different sizes and shapes, ensuring that the raw materials used in particle board production have a relatively uniform particle size distribution. For example, a vibrating screen equipped with stainless steel wire mesh can classify wood chips into different grades according to the size of the mesh holes, which is conducive to improving the quality and performance of particle boards.

· The high strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire meshes enable them to work stably in harsh environments where wood chips and particles are screened, withstanding the impact and friction of the materials and having a long service life.

· Filtering in Resin and Adhesive Systems:

· In the production of wood and particle boards, resins and adhesives are often used. Stainless steel wire meshes are used as filters in the resin and adhesive supply systems. They can filter out impurities and solid particles in the resins and adhesives, ensuring the purity and uniformity of the adhesive materials. This helps to improve the bonding effect between the wood particles and enhance the overall strength and quality of the particle boards.

· The fine mesh of the stainless steel wire mesh can effectively block small impurities, and its chemical stability ensures that it will not react with the resin and adhesive materials, maintaining the performance of the materials.
